Rules of accommodation in villas

Neither loud parties nor loud music in the period from 10.00 p.m. to 10 a.m. are allowed. Presence of more than 10 persons without a prior agreement in the premises management is prohibited.

Accommodation of more than 8 persons at the villa is prohibited. It is forbidden to accommodate more than 6 people in the apartment

Parking (of cars, golf cars) on the lawn is prohibited.

Smoking is prohibited in the premises

Accommodation with animals is allowed only upon a consent of management.

Leaving the Iberostar hotel territory at golf cars is prohibited.

  

Guests invited to the villa or apartment should have an ID.

After accommodation all guests living at the villa or apartment are registered.

Guests are not allowed to bring with them highly flammable and explosive materials and objects with strong and unpleasant odour.

According to the air conditioner operating manual it should be operated only when windows and doors are closed. When doors are open please use the fan.

Use the safe box to store valuables. The owner is not liable for safety of the guest’s belongings, but the owner will use the best efforts to avoid and prevent the hazard.

In case of a damage of the property in the premises the guest shall compensate for the damage caused. (the full amount of the damage caused). On the check-out day the guest shall invite the Owner or the Owner’s representative to check in his or her presence the premises for damages.

Please do not forget to close all windows and doors when leaving and at night.

The price includes the basic cleaning of before the guest’s arrival. Additional cleaning of the room and change of bedclothes at the guest’s request is charged separately.

 

  • Damage 

    In case of a material damage due to the fault or negligence of guests and (or) guests invited by them execution of a report in the standard form is mandatory. In this case, in addition to compensation for damage, the guest must voluntarily compensate for the losses associated with the downtime of the villa or apartment during the renovation, change of the furniture, and similar cases (e.g., during flooding, smoking in premises).

  • Forgotten things

    In case of discovery of lost items, the administration must immediately inform the owner of the items, if he is known. Lost items are stored for 1 month, after which they are transferred to the relevant state authorities or destroyed.

  • Lost things

    In case of a loss of a thing the guest shall immediately inform manager about it. If no claims to the management are filled by the guest before the end of accommodation, his or her things are considered as not lost ordamaged.

  • Violation of internal accommodation rules

    If the guest repeatedly violates internal villa or apartment accommodation rules, which results in material losses or inconvenience for accommodation of other guests, the management may deny accommodation or terminate the contract (check out). In this case the guest shall pay the amount covering material damages inflicted by the guest and (or) fines.
